Shipping Policy
You Can Trust Your Order Will Be Quickly Processed and Safely Delivered with Wonderful Wedding Favors
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Regular Delivery Times
We work diligently to
update our expected order ship estimates on each of our product pages.
Please note that this does not include the time it takes for you to
actually receive the product. For instance, if we say an item has an
estimated ship date of 5 - 7 business days, it will leave our facility,
or our vendor's factory / facility, in that time frame. Shipping time
will be added on top of this and will vary depending upon the method
you select during checkout.
Personalized Favors and Merchandise
Although we believe that a
vast majority of our customers are good, honest people, it is our
policy in the case of non-returnable custom orders (e.g., those with
personalized tags, embroidered gifts, etc.), to process credit
transactions as a non-refundable deposit at checkout, not at the time
of shipping. By preventing unnecessary losses arising from unscrupulous
individuals that place custom manufactured orders and then refuse
payment, we are able to continue offering some of the highest savings
in the industry to our normal customers. Please note that for all
non-custom products, your credit card will not be billed until we have
shipped your order.
We will make every reasonable effort to inform you of an
expected shipping date on custom orders once your information is
processed. At the time of shipping, you should receive an email that
includes a tracking number for all UPS related services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold
Wonderful Wedding Favors, Kennon Green Enterprises, LLC, its owners,
parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, members,
managers, co-branders or other partners, associates, staff members, other related parties, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
information you submit, post, transmit or make available through the
site, your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation
of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another. You agree that
you understand that we make no guarantee, whether expressed or implied,
that your wedding favors will arrive by a specified date. You agree
that we are not responsible for any damages, tangible or intangible,
physical or emotional, financial or otherwise arising from your use,
purchase from, reliance upon, or communication with our site, business,
owners, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
members, managers, co-branders or other partners, associates, staff
members, and employees.
